How do vehicle sales work at FreewayCamper in 2022?
Since January 2022, the new law on the sale of goods has come into force, which includes additional consumer protection standards. This brings a number of changes. Extensive pre-contractual information obligations apply in the event of deviations from the statutory provisions.
If you have decided to test drive or purchase your camper, we first require a declaration of consent on the subject of data protection according to GDPR.
You can also download this declaration of consent here in advance (document in German).
Subsequently, we will be happy to hand you our pre-contractual information obligation at the stations. Alternatively, we will be happy to send you this document via mail upon request. Please take your time and read this document carefully!
Once we have collected all the documents (declaration of consent + pre-contractual information obligation) we will be happy to forward you the form for the binding order of your vehicle.
A binding order is an offer from the customer to the seller, which the seller can - but does not have to - accept. The seller is therefore not contractually bound upon receipt of a binding order.
Why? Before selling one of our vehicles, it is necessary to check whether this vehicle has not already been sold by another employee - possibly at another station.
Once we have received your completed and signed binding order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. Your camper is now yours*!

What is the delivery time for your vehicles?
The delivery time for all our vehicles is at least 3-4 weeks**. After all, a reconditioned vehicle makes all the more joy!
How many owners do the vehicles have?
All our vehicles are one-owner cars and always technically tested.
Will the wrap be removed after my purchase?
Upon request, we will remove our filming free of charge.
Is it possible to buy the vehicle immediately at the station?
An immediate purchase at our stations incl. the take home of the vehicle is unfortunately not possible. We ask for your understanding.
Do you offer transfers of the vehicles?
After the purchase of your vehicle, we will be happy to provide you with an individual offer for a transfer of your vehicle.
Can I finance my dream vehicle through you?
We are happy to announce that we now offer financing via Santander. Please approach our Salesteam for further information and individual offers.
Do you offer a registration service?
We are working on the possibility for you to use a registration service. Please stay patient.

** Delivery dates are agreed without obligation. Delivery periods shall commence upon conclusion of the contract and invoicing. The delivery includes only the provision of the object of purchase at the respective station of the seller and does not include the delivery of the object of purchase to the contractually specified address of the buyer.
