When can I pick up my camper?
All campers at our stations are usually ready for pick-up between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Our station team will contact you 2-3 days before your trip to arrange the exact pick-up time. Please provide your phone number when booking or via email afterward. Early pick-up is available by arrangement, for an additional fee, depending on the vehicle's availability. Pick-up times may vary on weekends.
Can I park my car at the station?
This service is only available at certain stations. Please check availability during the booking process.
When is the latest I can return my camper on the last day of booking?
When you pick up your camper, our staff will arrange a return time between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. If you'd like to enjoy your last day a bit longer, you can book a late return for an additional fee, subject to availability. More details can be found in our terms and conditions.
Can I return my camper at a different location?
At the moment, we do not offer one-way rentals. Is this something you would like to book? Let us know! We are continuously working to improve our services.
What should I consider when returning my camper?
Your camper must be returned by the agreed time (before 11:00 AM) and at the designated location (usually the station), fully fueled, functional, and cleaned. Of course, we can refuel for you for a flat fee of €30 plus fuel costs. Any rented extras must also be returned clean. If your return day falls on a Sunday, note that some areas have restrictions on cleaning vehicles, and car wash stations may be closed. Please check ahead of time to ensure an easy return.
