Campers at our stations are generally available for pickup **between 2 and 5 PM**. Our station team will contact you **2-3 days before your trip** to confirm the exact pickup time. Please provide your phone number at the time of booking or via email afterward. Early pickups are available by arrangement for an additional fee, subject to vehicle availability. Pickup times may vary on weekends.

When you pick up your camper, you’ll arrange a return time with our staff **between 8 and 11 AM**. If you'd like to enjoy your camper for a little longer, you can book a late return for an additional fee, subject to availability. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.

### Can I return my camper at a different location?

At the moment, we do not offer one-way rentals. Would you like to see this option? Let us know! We're constantly working to improve our services.

### What should I pay attention to when returning my camper?

Your camper must be returned at the **agreed time (before 11 AM) and location** (usually the station), **fully refueled, functional, and clean.** Of course, we can handle refueling for you for a flat fee of €30 plus fuel costs. Any rented extras should also be returned clean. If your return day is a Sunday, note that in some regions, cleaning restrictions apply on Sundays, and car wash stations may be closed. Please check in advance to make the return process easier.
