All campers at our stations are typically ready for pickup **between 2 PM and 5 PM**. Our station team will contact you **2-3 days before your trip** to arrange an exact time window for pickup. Please provide your phone number either during booking or via email afterward. Early pickup is possible upon request, subject to an additional fee and the vehicle’s availability. Pickup times may vary on weekends.

When you pick up your camper, you'll arrange a return time with our team between 8 AM and 11 AM. If you want to enjoy the last day with your camper a bit longer, you can book a late return for an additional fee. ### **Can I return my camper at a different location?**

At the moment, we do not offer one-way rentals. Is that something you’d like to see? Let us know! We’re continually working to improve our services for you.

### **What do I need to consider when returning my camper?**

Your camper **must be returned at the agreed time (before 11:00 AM)** and **location** (usually the station), **fully refueled, in working order, and cleaned.** Of course, we can refuel for you at a flat rate of €30 plus fuel costs. The (booked) extras must also be returned clean. If your camper's return day falls on a Sunday, please note that in some regions, washing stations may be closed due to cleaning bans. Please inform yourself in advance to make your camper return easier.
